We want you to love your SpaceWise purchase. If it isn't the right fit, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This page is maintained by SpaceWise.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Sale or clearance items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Email us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within one business day.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Consumer rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
