As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email a tracking number and courier link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from SpaceWise with the subject line "Your order is on the way".
Can't find your tracking email?
No stress — email us via the contact page with your order number or the email you used at checkout, and we'll send the tracking details straight back to you.
Delivery running late?
Couriers occasionally hit delays, especially during load shedding, weather events, or busy sale periods. If your parcel is more than 3 business days past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier directly.
